
Sarah Staton (b.1961) is a British sculptor and conceptual visual artist as well as the head of sculpture at the Royal College of Art, London. Over 3 decades, Staton has devised ways to play with the social potentials of art exploring through exhibitions, commissions focusing on public art. Staton is represented in a number of collections including Arts Council UK, British Museum Prints and Drawings, Henry Moore Institute, South London Gallery and Tate as well as in private collections across the world.
