

Gunner Dongieux (b.1998) is an artist and curator whose practice spans painting, collage, and installation while exploring themes of ambition, value, and cultural identity through humor and sharp visual language. Educated at Stanford University, his work blends pop references with personal symbolism. Gunner is also the founder of Pop Gun, an artist-run space in Hamburg supporting emerging artists and experimental exhibition practices.

Dongieux’s work has been shown in solo exhibitions, recent include Security Deposit at Pop Gun / East Broadway Mall (New York, 2024). Earlier presentations of his work have been exhibited at Sutton Galleries (New Orleans); 5 Press Gallery (New Orleans); and The Contemporary Arts Center New Orleans (New Orleans).
